Dr. Farr Ajir, M.D. is a practicing and Board Certified neurosurgeon with more than 35 years of experience in neurosurgery, disorders and injuries of the brain and spine, expert reviews, and Independent Medical Examinations (IME). In addition, he is currently, Staff Neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic Health System, Diplomate American Board of Neurological Surgery, Certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, Fellow American College of Surgeons, Diplomate American College of Physician Executives and Medical Board of California Medical Reviewer.

Dr. Ajir held the position of Regional Chief of Neurosurgery at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Southern California Region for seven years and received the Consumers’ Research Council of America’s American’s Top Surgeon Award for three years. In addition to California he is licensed to practice in Montana, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, Wisconsin, and Utah.

Dr. Ajir’s education includes a Neurological Surgery Residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI; and a Surgical Internship at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. He also has MBA from Pepperdine University School of Business
